To respect our neighbors and maintain a serene environment:
Please avoid loud noises between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This includes music, talking in hallways, moving luggage noisily, or using appliances at high volume.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a quiet and pleasant stay for everyone.

Check-in

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM due to cleaning.
However, if you don’t mind the cleaning being in progress, you’re welcome to leave your luggage in the room beforehand.
Please let us know in advance if you’d like to take advantage of this option.

Check-out

If check-out is delayed without prior arrangement, an additional fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.

2.In the event of any lost or damaged items, we may charge the cost of replacement or repair.

From Haneda Airport, it takes about 30–50 minutes by train or 25 minutes by taxi.
From Narita Airport, it takes about 70–110 minutes by train or 70 minutes by taxi.
From Shibuya Station, it’s about 15 minutes by bus, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
